soon as possible. At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on receipt
of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be
charged for your order. The purchase contract is between you and Get it
4 School and you should contact Customer Services (as detailed below)

When the status of an item shows as "Order Now", this does not mean that the
product is currently in stock. We will take payment in full when we receive your
initial order and dispatch the items to you as soon as they become available, so
you may receive many deliveries.

Ordering Online
Select the products that you would like to order by clicking on the "buy" or "add to basket"
button to add to your shopping basket. You can view the products in your
shopping basket by clicking on "view basket" or "Edit basket contents". You can also change the order
quantities by changing the number required and clicking "update basket" or
remove a product from your basket by clicking on the "delete" button at the end
of a line. Follow the prompts on the buttons in the check out to complete your
order.
When you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email
containing your order number. You can login to "my account" and with the order
number to check the status of your order. If for any reason your order does not
reach you in the specified time please contact Customer Services.

Your customer information (including your name, email address, mailing
address, credit card information and purchase history) is protected by using

When you place an order with us, we protect your credit card information by
using SSL (SSL- secure socket layer-encryption, the Internet standard for secure
transactions) for browsers that can accept it. SSL encrypts your ordering
information, such as your name and credit card details so that they can't be
read in transit. The financial data is available only to the banks and credit
card clearing services for the purpose of processing payments. As an additional
safety concern, please be assured that once the transaction is complete, your

anybody unless you specify so, neither will our employees ask you for them in an
unsolicited email or telephone call. All consumer information is stored on a
separate and secure database, which is not directly accessible from the
Internet. Get it 4 School regularly review our security
measures to ensure that our site is safe and secure. If you are still unsure
about sending your credit card details over the Internet you may place your
order over the telephone by calling Customer Services.
Forgotten Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, we can email it to you. Just click on
the "my account" link and choose the link "forgotten your password". You will
then need to enter your email address which is registered with your account,
your password will then be send to you via email.
Modifying your account details
You can view or modify your account information in two ways:
By logging on to "my account" where you will be prompted to enter your
username and password. You may then view or edit information that is registered
with us. You may alternatively contact Customer Services.
When logged on to "my account" you may view your order status or view a
detailed history of your past orders with Get it 4 School.
Under the distant selling regulations it gives you (the consumer) the right to return goods within 7 days. However, Get it 4 School is allowing you 30
days to change your mind and return your goods. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on gum shields.
Returns are free of charge, but there will be a small charge to the school
if the return is due to customer error.
Get it 4 School reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we
believe that the item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly
laundered, stained, damaged by wearer or torn.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be
processed within 28 working days of receipt of the goods at Get it 4 School.
Refunds on goods are subject to them being returned back in a saleable
condition, or in the event of faulty goods, subject to inspection and agreement
by Get it 4 School.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to orders after they have
been submitted. In these circumstances you may return the goods to the freepost
Get it 4 School address.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask you to
contact 0800 6129464 as soon as possible after delivery so that your query can
be processed.
Standard delivery on school specific items* is free of charge. If you upgrade to a
different delivery service, the amount you will be charged is displayed before
you are asked to give payment details. Orders placed after 10am are not
guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
You may be asked to pay the delivery charge for the return of a product but
this may be added to your refund depending on the reason for the return.
Generally we will refund the return delivery charges on items that are faulty,
damaged in transit, the wrong size or in the unlikely event you are sent the
wrong product.
Billing
Your credit/debit card is charged at the time you place your order, the
charge will appear as Get it 4 School Ltd on your statement.
If you have any billing questions, please contact Customer
Services.
Order History
We will maintain details of all the orders you have placed with us. You may
view these details by logging on to "my account" where you can view your current
and past order information. Your order history will not be released to any third
party and remains secure with Get it 4 School at all times.
*School specific items include all school items embroidered and printed with the schools logo or badge.

for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the
Get it 4 School site you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes
